Can Chicken Pox Affect Your Fitness Level? Please Help! ):?

Hi guys,
I’m 16 (female) and extremly fit. I usually train (cardio) every day, mainly running. I’v kept up my fitness plan over the xmas break and I was getting pretty good.
However, I’ve come down with chicken pox ): I started feeling sick last saturday, just aching all over, then sunday I felt nautiouss and sick, and achy and I found 1 spot, then monday I had a high fever and more spots and still feeling sick. From then on it’s just gotten worse, more spots, and basically feeling sick each day – however today I’m feeling much better, although still have a gazillion spots ): hah.
Since I’ve been sick, I’ve not been exercising, just walking about half an hour a day. However, this afternoon, I decided to try one of my old programs of skipping/running. It’s only around half an hour, however it was SO hard!
So my question is, could it just be the infection slowing my body, or am I going to have to build myself up fitness wise again?

What Are Some Good Exercises To Make Your Breast Smaller? ?

I don’t think there are really any specific exercises to reduce the size of your chest, but if you keep exercising regularly the they’re bound to shrink a bit. Weight loss in women tends to come majorly from the breasts.

Question About Intermittent Fasting!!!!!! Help!?

So I heard about a fat burning technique known as intermittent fasting, which is where you fast for 24 hours, eat then fast for another 24 hours, twice a week. My question to anyone who does this, at what point in my week can I workout like I normally do now? Do I work out on a fasting day? Or on a non-fasting day?

Do Certain Low Calorie Foods Make You Gain Weight?

Im very obsessive with calories I only eat 1200 aday and sometimes only 900 or 800 since all my food is low calorie. If somebody somehow buys a tortilla thats like 120 calories i wont eat it. if its say 150 calories and its a pretty big portion ill eat it i try to eat bigger foods that have less calories. I always measure my food. but i dont like see any weight loss or anything im just stuck. im trying to exercise more as well ill go run at a 5.0 mph speed on the treadmill for 15 minutes then ill walk at a 4.0 mph pace for 15 more minutes and ill try this 6 day a week
Im 14 years old 136 pounds and 5’2 trying to be 115-120

Am I Better Off Listening To My Cardiologist Or Gynecologist?

I’ve been seeing a cardiologist for high blood pressure for about six months and my blood pressure is now under control with the help of medication. I feel great, better than I have in a while. He has concluded that my high blood pressure is a hereditary condition since my mother has high blood pressure and I’m otherwise healthy and take care of myself. I eat right, I exercise regularly, I’m actually a little underweight and could stand to put on a few pounds, and all test results came back fine.
I’ve been on birth control pills for the past four years without any problems. My cardiologist (as well as my primary care doctor and the ER doctor I saw when I first had problems with my BP) said that he didn’t think the birth control pills were causing my high blood pressure and that as long as my blood pressure stayed normal with my BP meds, it was fine to stay on the pill. My gynecologist, however, refused to write me a new prescription and told me to immediately stop the pill before I had a stroke. So I stopped them and have felt awful since, not to mention that I’m freaking out about getting pregnant. I’ve been off them nearly a month and have monitored my blood pressure daily and there have been no changes, which makes me think they are not doing anything to my blood pressure and that it is in fact a hereditary condition.
Who do you think knows better in this situation? My cardiologist or my gynecologist?

How To Lose 45 Pounds In 3 Months?

I am 15 and im 5’1″ and I weigh 160 and i want to be around 115 im going to start january 4th and stop april 5th can you tell me how,and i drink only water and green tea (the one you make yourself not processed) can you help me? I also try to exercise 4-5 days a week for about 40-50 minutes (cardio & kickboxing)
For lunch i eat a small salad with lite ranch or a chicken caesar wrap and for dinner i eat whatver my mom makes but i sometimes try to drink 2 glasses of water bfore i eat..
can you also give me breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas please and thanks :)

Does He Like Me Or Some Other Girl?

theres this guy i like named Jake. he sits behind me in my history class and we’ve been talking lately. one day i was on his facebook and he made a status that said, “every day is a little more progress and we talk a little more each day. hopefully it keeps getting better.” thats exactly what we’ve been doing. at first we never talked at all, then a couple more words, then a few more minutes over school and now we can talk all hour about anything. then i noticed another status he made and it said, “im too nervous to talk to you and i dont know why. i think about you a lot. one hour isnt enough.” we only have one hour a day and he never spoke to me but that was also because we used to not sit by to each other. also, it was made the day after we got off break and started our 2nd semester classes, and our history class is a semester class.
We had these projects we were supposed to do and i was partners with my friend Chris. Chris teases me a lot and i can tell he likes me, but I was talking to Jake and then his friend Zack. when we got out of class, Zack asked me if me and Chris were going out and I said “no, why?” he goes, “because he likes you.” i said yeah right and they both laughed….i dont think this has to do with anything about Jake liking me or not but why did they do that?
oh and Jake made another status saying how every time his phone vibrates he hopes its from “her” but it never is…i dont have his number so i know its not me but my friend told me he may have mobile chat and be expecting it from me. but me and Jake only chatted once and it wasnt for long because hes really bad at chatting and so i just ignored him…
so how can i get him to like me?

What’s The Point To Say Such Mean Things To Skinny People?

I am 5’5″ and weight 105 pounds. I wear a size 3 and have been tiny all my life and so have the other women in my family. Today at this place I volunteer at, this girl a few years older than me (i’m 21) started laughing at me while I was rolling paint on the walls. I asked her what was so funny? she said “is that hard for you?” I said that I can’t reach up here so it’s a little difficult. She said “yea well it looks like you are struggling really bad” and then walks off giggling some more. she said “i’m just now noticing how small you are… you are like really really tiny… do you ummm.. like food?”
I just walked out.. granted my dad died a week ago and I don’t feel like hearing this at a place that isn’t paying me to stay. It would look really good on my resume though.
I struggle to gain weight.. i’ve tried everything. I’ve paid so much money and put so much time into trying different methods. It just shows that none of it is working and i’m wasting my time and that i’m ugly thin…
But the worst part is that right when I start to feel comfortable with my body people say stupid stuff like this.. what’s the point for people to say this? i never feel the urge to randomly make a comment about someones weight..

and the girl who said this was perfect sized.. perfect hair.. perfect clothes and make up.. so I don’t think she was “jealous”.. I just done understand what makes people say such pointless rude things to me like that .. people say things like that all the time to me
