Question About Intermittent Fasting!!!!!! Help!?

So I heard about a fat burning technique known as intermittent fasting, which is where you fast for 24 hours, eat then fast for another 24 hours, twice a week. My question to anyone who does this, at what point in my week can I workout like I normally do now? Do I work out on a fasting day? Or on a non-fasting day?
