Hi guys,
I’m 16 (female) and extremly fit. I usually train (cardio) every day, mainly running. I’v kept up my fitness plan over the xmas break and I was getting pretty good.
However, I’ve come down with chicken pox ): I started feeling sick last saturday, just aching all over, then sunday I felt nautiouss and sick, and achy and I found 1 spot, then monday I had a high fever and more spots and still feeling sick. From then on it’s just gotten worse, more spots, and basically feeling sick each day – however today I’m feeling much better, although still have a gazillion spots ): hah.
Since I’ve been sick, I’ve not been exercising, just walking about half an hour a day. However, this afternoon, I decided to try one of my old programs of skipping/running. It’s only around half an hour, however it was SO hard!
So my question is, could it just be the infection slowing my body, or am I going to have to build myself up fitness wise again?
