Question About Exercising ?

Okay I have this app called MyFitnessPal on my phone and it says
# of sets: 10
# of reps: 10
Weight per rep: 10
What does weight per rep mean?
How many calories will I burn I I hula hoop for 30 min straight? And it’s just one of those cheap hula hoops.
And what does net mean? It says I have -20 net on the app. Thanks!

Weight per rep means how much weight you’re using when doing the weightlifting…so if you use a 10 lb dumbell and do 10 reps (or lift it 10 times) per arm that is 1 set of 10 reps at 10 weight per rep.
Hooping on average burns about 35 calories every 10 minutes. But depending on your BMR and if you dance around, use a weighted hoop etc. it could be more or less.
Net is the amount of calories you’ve consumed minus the number you’ve burned by exercising.
