I’ve been running for eight years now; I’m 16. I train hard daily, and I can’t stand up after my runs-I vomit about 10% of the time. My point is that I train daily and I train extremely hard. When I started, I was at a 14 minute mile, now I can barely break 7. I decided to run a mile with my friend, because he felt like it. This friend himself admits he never exercises, etc. He doesn’t do any of our school sports, he just sits around and doesn’t do anything in P.E., and I’ve never seen him do any exercise. He’s also pretty overweight. But he ran a 5:15, despite never training. Is it possible I’m just unable to run very fast naturally? I need an excuse for my slowness!

Are people like Elon Musk, in a strange sort of way, more conservative even while expanding physical-type industry all the way into space, than people who bet the retirement fund on what the next social network will be (or, more likely, what the last one was)?
If the stock market represents real value, why this Facebook thing over companies with real value, that actually perform physical tasks in the real world?
Help With Stretch Marks?

belly I am a 17 year old male with stretch marks on my waist running a bit up my side, on my thighs, on my buttocks, the top of my calves, and just a few on my right triceps. I have been using lotions, such as CeraVe, and Palmer’s stretch mark lotion, but these don’t seem to be helping very much. I do not use them very religiously though. The ones I am most concerned with are a reddish/purple color, and I would like to get rid of them because I am soooo self conscious about them. I am not overweight, nor have I ever been very fat. I am just 5’8 and gained a few inches in height, and about 30lbs in weight in a one year period, between my 9-10th grade years. I guess it is due to puberty. Other than laser therapy, which I cannot afford, is their any way I can get rid of these dreadful things in a little less than a month? At least have them faded? Anything helps. I prefer people who know from personal experience, instead of copying and pasting links for products, but, anything helps. Thank you so much.

belly We have been lusting after eachother for 6 months and and long story short we finally became boyfriend and girlfriend one month ago.
But this last week, he has been acting distanced from me, not like he usually is towards me, less loving, wouldn’t talk to me on facebook as much, just been getting weird vibes from him.
He did say he loves me still, and he was asking what i wanted for my birthday, but for some reason i just feel uneasy, its like when he says he loves me on over facebook, i don’t feel like he means it recently.
We were supposed to go out tomorrow, but hes canceled on me, saying thats hes screwed
with the police and he has an interview and he can’t see me, but he said he loves me.
I have no idea what is going on, but its making me feel upset, i feel like i’m in the dark.

ok well basically this guy ive liked for about a year, we have always been really flirty and he once asked me to a party but i could not go everyone said he liked me :L and then he got a girlfriend they slept together ( hes only 14 and a bit ) so it was kind of a big rumour but since february they have been over and he stopped talking to her as they had to break up and he started talking to me daily on facebook he eventually asked me out and then i said no ( long story ) even though i really liked him but then like a month ago we hung out and he kissed me it was a big deal to me and everyone was making a big deal out of it but that didnt bother me tbh and a few weeks after ( this is when we’re talking daily) he made out with this other girl and he apologised after a week in school and then he did the same thing recently so what do i do ? i despise this girl and their having a thing apparently…hes in some of my class’s and i’ve jst been acting normal but not msg’d him since which i miss so even though i trusted him and miss him i know i need to get over him since hes a jerk who i used to really care about ! the thing is i cant and i want him back since hes the only guy i like i have other guys who like me but i just like him….advice?

belly I was 6 foot 6 and 198 ibs, in last 4 weeks slipped down to 190 ibs while eating lot of proteing,combining weight(3 times a week) and cardio training(3 times a week) but havent noticed any difference.Why???

belly I have periods of binging and purging (vomiting) 1-2 times a day some weeks it will be every other day.. then I’ll go on periods of restriction.. exercising off enough food to keep 2-500 calories in me.. sometimes I take laxatives though I don’t take them as often as I used to.. I do take suppositories almost every day to help me go.. Im not underweight.. I’m 5’11-6 foot and I weigh 169 lbs..
